Delete my account and my data

Two ways. Both delete the same things.
What is deleted
- Your account and your profile: email, name, nickname, emoji, photo and phone number.
- Your positions and every alert you sent during rides (help, stops, meeting points, calls, arrivals home).
- Your membership of groups.
- The groups you created do not disappear: they pass to the member who has been in them the longest. If nobody else is left, they are deleted.
What may remain
Nothing visible to anyone. Only the database provider’s backups, which are renewed within a maximum of 30 days.
Download my data first
In the app, Settings › You › Download my data: it gives you a file (JSON) with your profile, your groups, your rides, your positions and your alerts, and you save it wherever you like. It contains nothing about anyone else. If you no longer have the app, ask for it at hola@reditu.diezcien.com from your account’s email address. It is free and you do not have to delete anything.
I just want to stop sharing
No need to delete anything: leave the ride (or end it) and you stop sending your position. To cut it off completely, remove Reditu’s location permission in Android settings.
