Reditu is not an emergency service. It alerts your group, nobody else. In an accident, call 112.
1 · What this is
Reditu is an app so that a group of motorcyclists can see where each of them is during a ride and ask the others for help. Using it means accepting these terms. It is for people aged 16 and over.
2 · You are using a beta
The app is being tested. It may fail, lose coverage, stop sending your position or close because of a decision by Android or your phone’s manufacturer. We do not guarantee availability or accuracy. During the beta the service is free and we may change or interrupt it without notice.
3 · Riding is your responsibility
Do not handle your phone while riding. The strip is designed to be read at a glance and the alerts to be heard through the intercom, precisely so you do not touch the screen. Complying with traffic rules and riding safely is your responsibility, and the app neither replaces nor reduces it.
4 · Your account and your group
- You are responsible for what is done from your account and for the invite code you hand out.
- Share the code only with people you ride with: whoever has it can join the group and see positions.
- Do not use Reditu to track someone without them knowing. Anyone can leave the ride, leave the group or delete their account whenever they like.
- We may close accounts that use the app to harass, impersonate someone else or break these terms.
5 · What we do not promise
Reditu does not detect crashes: the help alert only goes out if someone presses it. Nor are we liable for damage arising from an alert that did not arrive, arrived late or arrived when it should not have, to the extent permitted by law. None of this limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection law. If something does not suit you, do not use the app.
6 · Pricing later on
The safety features will remain free. If there are ever paid features, you will be told beforehand and you will never be charged for what you already use for free during the beta.
7 · Your data
What is processed, what for and who sees it is in the privacy policy. You can delete your account whenever you like: how to do it.
8 · Law and courts
These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
